Been on vacation for two weeks and Ughh didn't want to record my weight because I gained. I know this is a journey and it's time to get refocused and back on track. I'm now doing my 3rd 90 day challenge. My mission is goal. I know this is no judgment zone, but so hard on myself!! Must get it done!!!!!
