I logged all the ingredients as I prepared the soup planning to divide it in half for Hubby & I. It ended up more than filling our soup bowls so I didn't serve up all the pasta...left some & a tiny bit of the other stuff in the pan. I subtracted just a little pasta from my totals. I also cooked 4 biscuits but I only ate one, so I subtracted that, too. I was still plenty full!
