I wasn't able to journal here over the weekend since we were camping and had really bad service. Although I slipped, I still tracked everything that went into my mouth. I went over by a lot on Sunday as everyone wanted to go out for breakfast. I am new to this and haven't figured out how to navigate eating out when they don't list any calories. I also don't do eggs. so that made it a bit harder. so I just ordered what I wanted. enjoyed it and moved on. Weigh in was today and down 2.6lbs. My brain is telling me it could have been more if I wouldn't of done XYZ. But I am really trying to change that mindset. Wish self love came as easy as self loathing
