That is normal. You can't lose two kilos in a week. It's an illusion, it happens to me every time I cut on calories. Starts big but then you'll put the real ones back. Your body needs to adjust and settle down before letting go of the weight for good.. You will be fine with consistency and after a month or two you can see real results..
And if not, unless your height is 1.20mt, 57kg is not that BIG number. You'll get to your preferred weight eventually. Be patient.
