Good on you for recognizing your need to eliminate wheat. My niece has Hashimoto’s, and didn’t see a real turn-around until she eliminated wheat/gluten. Have you read any of Chris Kressler’s stuff?

Are1981: I'm not no wheat, I'm no flour. But it's crazy how much flour and sugar are in everything. The only book I've read about gluten/wheat is Wheat Belly. I'll look up your recommendation. Thanks. 🙂
