So I bought a new workout DVD. It's one of the Biggest Loser Cardio workouts. Sadly, only got through about 15 minutes of it. However, today I feel like a train ran over the lower half of my body! So it obviously will work, but I have the dilemma of do I try it again today and push through the pain, or should I give it a rest and let my body recuperate a little? Hmmmm..
