today is my midweek day off so made myself a whole pack of bacon. Had 4 slices for breakfast and fried an egg in the grease, reminded me of breakfast my gma used to make. comfort food for sure. Put the rest up for the week. My Mr took me to the market last night and stocked up on good fresh veggies and cheeses and stuff for the week. Nice and healthy. Gonna work on my house today, its not freezing so I opened the back door and let the plants out again at least for today. Didnt get my 10k yesterday bc i had the worse headache from waking up to early to drive my son to college. I was shy 4k so gonna make it up today. Left over chicken for dinner and a huge salad and I am so looking forward to it today. Hope every one has a great day. Cheers.

You are lucky to have it warm enough to put your plants out. Hoping for that here SOON. -15 here last night but they promise a warm up is on the way. Fingers crossed! Too much time in the car always messes up my step goals for the day too!

Snow day here...yes, again. I think I am going to do bacon and eggs this morning too :-) I ordered this controversial Jay Robb choc. protein, because, as much as I am for all natural, I feel I cannot get enough protein in, without dding the calories...so we'll see. Too expensive.

Im in Texas Aurora and its so cold today school closed, imagine that... and yesterday we had the plants out and i let the cats out too.. its crazy. Plants back in and cats wont go near the door. I did bacon and eggs again today but i scrambled the bacon in salted butter and added sliced tomato on the side.. went great with my coffee. I got the kid home and he likes scrambled better LOL.

Up to one foot here. Beautiful snow otherwise. Thank God my son was home to do some shoveling. I helped too, ..a little :-) Temperatures are crazy. By Tuesday we were promised to get into the 50's ...Hard to believe. My plants stay indoors and they are resigned. My cat is very displeased with me for keeping snowing like that...:-)
