Down another 1.2 pounds! I'm wearing my black 14's today, I feel pretty good, I think people notice (though that's not why I'm losing, it's just an observation). My abs feel stronger from strengthening exercises. I have 2 big splurges coming up: Lunch at Mexican restaurant this Friday with a friend, and dinner at Italian restaurant with neighbors. I do plan to splurge and to drink, but I'm going to TRY not to OVER-splurge, if there's such a thing.
