Heavy carbs and protein for a hard workout day...need to eat more vegetables...there were choi sum, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, bamboo shoots with the noodles...but still need to up the veggies and fruits! Tomorrow is a potluck dinner party...yikes! I need to add an extra gym session to my schedule workout session tomorrow.
