WS Diet Day 22- there were several days this week that I went over my daily calory goal. A couple of them were quite a lot over. I am very satisfied with where things are so far. hopefully I will have a loss this coming week of at least a pound and a half. Total Loss: -8.4lb Week 3: -0.4lb Week 2: -2.4lb Week 1: -5.6lb
