Made them myself! Ground pork with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Cream cheese, shredded cheddar, egg, nut flour, dried minced onions, and baking powder. Made a big batch and eating all week. Keeping my 6 month old grandson till Sunday so thought this would be a versatile protein. Had some tonight with Ramen with dehydrated mushrooms and zucchini.
