It was so much easier getting up at 5:30 am this morning. I slept well last night too! I had a really good Ride ( spin) session at the gym this morning, so much energy considering I had done a fast yesterday! Can't believe it!! Not sure whether it was the L carnitine that helped or we get her I am back in ketosis! Still feeling good today. Eating normal LCHF today, then fasting tomorrow. Start work next week, so that makes it harder to Gert to the gym! I will have to make it work somehow. Will be great having the extra money. Right, off to pick up the boys!
