Another 500 g loss overnight so definitely moving now. Down to BMI of 35 which was my goal for my birthday in just over a week. 👏👏👏 Still a way to go (16.3kg) and not sure I can do this by the end of the year, but at least I’m heading in the right direction. Onwards and downwards. Yeah 🎉
