Hot and humid, so what else is new? Walked 3.3 miles, with dogs along for less than 1 mile of it, due to heat. 83 when I started out and 87 when I finished. Except for feeling hot, I actually felt good. Hopped into the pool, which felt great, and now I'm on to other things for the day.
My early warning Lab is telling me there are storms coming....thought I heard thunder a few minutes ago, so she's just confirming that I did - poor baby!
Just for today, no nut butters and no peanuts.

BuffyBear, it's true....another no nutbutter day. That stuff is so-o-o good (to me) that it's even worse than the whipped cream in a can - which I also have to regulate very carefully. Hope you're staying cool, too.

Evening, Sandy. Great job with the walk. We had horrendous storms this morning....the pyreness and the border collie got into bed with DH, and the black lab mix cowered in the kitchen with his head behind my legs, shaking so hard he couldn't stand up....poor baby! It stormed for about 3 hours, and then got better this afternoon, but more coming tonight...just heard the first rumblings. Great job with the butters.
