goooooood mornin...had planned on making fridays workout up this morning..but after getting up an eating breakfast...weather alert radio went off alerting of a severe thunderstorm and flood warnings..so i stayed home...glad i did...was a heck of a storm...so guess its 3 days of rest before the next gym workout...
