Another long swim today - 1km 750m in 1 hour. I am very proud of myself! :)

Well all I can say is that you are one of the rare breeds on FS. You are doing something few members do and that something is called SUCCEEDING. ! I congratulate you, a breath of fresh air on here and so nice to read. I admire your determination you must have come from the same mould as myself. I will continue to follow your story just to make sure you achieve your aim.

Thank you. I am just home from another long swim - I managed 2km today. I did 1km in 32mins and 2km in 1hour 10mins - now feeling pleasantly exhausted! :)
