well today i ate more veggies so i might try to eat more of that and less fruit and see where i go .....weigh in tomorrow i probably gained though becuase i ate too many junk things at the reunion ... oh well back to try again...

Always better to eat more veggies than fruit due to the sugar content! Keep up the good work!
