Put on weight due to friends visiting us & going to the pub for dinner. Ate later than usual. It was a lovely meal though & even though my calories were low (below 1400) I still put 1.5lb on. Thatās ok, I will make up for it today with less calories and exercise - I will not let this beat me down !
