Tummy was "off" yesterday. I decided I didn't want to eat because of it. I just had some chicken bone broth instead. It's still not great today but better. I'll see how it goes when it gets to my eating window. I'm not hungry now but may have some coffee after I get back from grocery pickup. Ugh, my local wallyworld (3 miles) is out of almost everything so I switched to the one 10 miles away. The line there is always insane and 2 hours is the norm. Going inside is worse. I am an impulse shopper. If I go in I wind up spending a lot more money and make unhealthy choices for myself plus it takes just as long inside. As soon as wallyworld had grocery pickup I started using it.

Grocery pick up at Wallyworld is wonderful!!!!! No impulse shopping when you make your list and fill it out online. After that, you can just click what you already ordered before or switch it up or down. Easy peasy!
