Me too, I usually weigh in every Saturday. You should pick a day once or twice a week and only do those days.

I too try to keep myself from weighing too frequently. It can drive you mad. :)

Fluctuations are normal - have you read the article, "Why the Scale Lies"? You can GOOGLE it. It really helped me when I was weighing all the time.

I usually weigh in on Friday mornings, that way if I mess up over the weekend, I won't notice it ;) Currently I'm in a challenge where we are to weigh in every 2 days, but the scale is moving down, so that's okay :)
