Looked back on old pics before I started this journey. I don’t recognise the face in those pics. I look much happier, healthier, brighter. I am so glad I started, so grateful. I accomplished so many goals I have been putting off for years just because I have my confidence back.
I urge you to start your journey, I urge you to stay consistent in your journey. It’s totally worth it.
