No logging today as today is my "re-feed day". No weight loss thus week, but no weight gain either. I am down a little bit in body fat, so that is good. It is important that you track other things besides weight on your fitness journey. The scale may not always move, but you are still undergoing changes. Track BF (even if just using one of the fancy scales.. which are not 100% accurate), measure your body, try on clothes and see how they fit. Weight may be the easiest thing to measure, but it should never be the only thing
