My weight has gradually crept up again, so Monday will be my re-start. I ate too much dessert at church luncheon today. I have to fast tonight because of a blood sugar test tomorrow, so that's a good day to begin again. I see my diabetes doctor on Thursday. I hope it isn't bad news!
