36 (F7). I dropped 2 today. Ok, what I did differently yesterday, I ate more fats...I think that does the trick...

I thinks so. I always forget that fats are totally different than protein. I am always concerned about proteins. So, I will be experimenting a bit with extra fats, and worry a bit less about calories. I guess LCHF is it. Good old Atkins said that too. Jenn, your recipes are a treasure. I cannot wait to make them.

Protein is great - but what we do not use gets metabolized to sugar by the liver and then it is stored as fat - like carbs. Higher healthy fats, moderate protein and low carbs seems to work best for me.

The scale usually reflects a couple of days out and not the day before... from my experience anyway.

I agree with the scales reflecting a couple of days out or at least that is what I am experiencing.

Thank you, guys! Love you all :-) Today I ate...a little more fats. Just watch me jump up 3 by tomorrow. Anyway, i will call it a learning experience :-) Have a wonderful evening everyone! Honestly I kind felt I needed that fat (which was really 1 lb of butter and a little cheese, not the end of the world..:-) to function better.
