Just two days in and I realize that as hunger mounts I am going to have to start keeping food journal.It's too easy to underestimate and over eat. One cup of broccoli is a good food investment/ Two cups is six grams over on the limit I've set myself of no more than 15 grams for each meal. Blood sugar 117 before lunch but 165 after.
Breakfast, 1 cup yoghurt, 130 9rams carb, one cup Low sugar soy milk, 80, 4 grams carb, 1/2 oz baked ham 70, 5 grams fat, 1/2 cup strawberries 73, fiber 5, 1/2 Cup Fiber one, 60 C, 14 fiber. It must be the fiber and relative low fat that did it.

2 oz sirloin, 1/2 hor dog, `1 cup soy GREEN salad with diet dressing, blood sugarf 167 2 hours later, no exercise. Too much fat although carbs were low/

turkey, chinese veggies, a cube of bouilion, then sweet and sour sauce, almonds, peas for guys. Fresh cantaloupe/
