Took measurements this morning after 3 weeks. Down 15cm - mainly thighs and stomach area - chest not budging 🤦‍♀️😬.

Not wanting to weigh too often as I know the inflammation is causing issues.

Gotta do what you gotta do to stay motivated! I remember last time measurements kept me going, otherwise the plateau can drive you insane!

Wow, that is amazing 👏👏👏 I measured last week and I lost the same from waist and hips - but it took me three months... Hope you are feeling better and that leg is healing 🤗
