Uggh. Okay, my sweetest sis ever had her heartbroken lastnight and came over and I only got 4 hours of sleep! How am I supposed to lose weight that way! Goal to increase exercise and increase calorie intake a little bit. Don't want to lose energy and stop the weight loss process! Must increase water. several oz. under yesterday.

You definitely want to make sure you drink enough water (on atkins they say 10 x your weight, or a minimum of 64 oz. of water/liquid a day! Also, too few calories and your body will slow its metabolism way down to conserve energy...counterproductive to weight loss! Good luck!
