Oh dear 
Yet another new start I am afraid, and yet again I shall return to the Atkins diet because I failed spectacularly with trying to do slimming world on my own.
I am unable to exercise at the moment because of a flare up of my fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis. I am really going to have to watch what I eat and try to at least do some stretches to keep myself mobile even if it’s the last thing I feel like doing as it feels like I am wading through very painful treacle.
I know if I remain this weight (or heaven forbid get fatter) it is going to impact even more on my health, so it’s no good feeling sorry for myself because I am the only one who can do something about it
So new day new beginning I just have to get my act in gear and stay focused and make it a lifestyle change and not a diet. Onwards and upwards 
