Me too! I've been trying to find a healthy option and the best that I've come up with so far is banana and oat muffins, with no flour, just oats, and if I wait until the bananas are going mushy, little sugar is needed.

My sugar cravings are literally gone and I was really struggling with constantly craving sugar before

Allow yourself to sometimes have a little of something nice. Your diet needs to be something you can maintain for the rest of your life. The French people enjoy small amounts of sweet delicacies.
Otherwise, don't allow yourself to get too hungry & plan ahead with your food. Stock up on healthy foods.
