lvg33's Logboek, 24 mrt 15

So, i'm starting off this challenge with the same weight i managed to keep all last week. I started the week off right by getting some cardio in...walked 4 miles in 59 minutes, so, good start to the week. No "designated" exercise yesterday, but wearing my fitbit, so keeping track of steps/miles. Working out tonight & Thursday doing strength training. Will try to walk tomorrow (Wednesday).

Good luck everyone! Hoping "bathing suit season" keeps me/us motivated!

I hope you do great in this challenge! If you have a problem with cravings, you may want to try intermittent fasting. Sometimes I have trouble with knowing what workouts I want to do. You may want to plan three days out to make it easier for yourself. Thanks for joining! Yes, these seasons are definitely helping to keep me motivated. The pretty colors of clothes they advertise especially. I hope we all keep each other motivated!
