Body fat percentage 32.6%. Like my weight, it goes up and down from day to day, but the trend is satisfying. When I started on FS a little more than five months ago, my body fat percentage was around 40. At 180 pounds, that would be 72 pounds of fat; now I carry closer to 50 pounds of fat.
