Ok whats the rule for fat bombs? One a day like bars? Bc I made alot and ate like 3 in one day two days in a row.. and then I only lost 1 lbs this week and think this might have contributed, well that and my cheating LOL. But seriously,I am having a movie night with my Mr and want to make some but dont want to screw it up. Also, any one have any great ideas for snacks to kill the popcorn urge? I was thinking buffalo chicken meatballs and maybe cheese crisp?? Im sick of pork skins and need a snack ..

I think most any nut in moderation. Macadamias are really tasty. Just be careful with the calories.

Costco has Skinny Pop-Corn now! It is good too! But if you can't eat this, because you are on Adkins, then try making Kefir pudding's. All Protein, packed with B & K Vitamin's, and Probiotics! I add Raw oats, Chia Seeds and organic sweeter. If your not on Adkins, then you can add Blueberries and strawberries.! It is so good and filling too! It taste like a dessert! Yummy! ~Ann ")

I had to get use to the taste but I have been doing Pork Rinds and high fat dip or Hummas as a snack....might kill the popcorn edge.
