Good Morning Folks 10 am and getting ready for a nice long bike ride this morning. Finally no rain this morning but boy did we get a good thunder and lightening storm yesterday early evening. We were going to go out and ride about 6pm but the sky looked ominous, glad we didn't go or we would have been right in the middle of the storm. Scale has been holding steady for the past week, maybe this long ride today will jog it a little. Check out my Forum post today on sugar if you have a minute.....

Mega bike ride...we were out for 5 hours. Stopped a few times to chat to some folks, got a gelato and water. Bren-I did get a picture taken so just have to download that later on, will post it tomorrow. Can't wait to download my BMF to see how many total calories burned for today!
