Jillzee00's Logboek, 28 mrt 15

I was hoping to get to the gym today, but doesn't look like that's happening. My sister is coming over to help me with something on the house. Plan two--hoping to get on my own treadmill and do exercises here :) Lost a little today, so happy. Going to keep on trying. Woke up and still feel full from yesterday's lunch. I normally eat yogurt at 10:00. I figure I'm not going to eat until I feel hungry.
