45 (F7) Ok,week-end. My first comeback to my Jazzersize class. I need a reminder about how much I like to go to this class...:-) I will try 3 times a week. Let's see the impact. PLEASANT WEEK-END EVERYONE.

Yes, it did. Thank you, Jenn. I really like it. If I could get myself to go 3 times a week, it would be wonderful....what type of sport do you do?

I have never been to Jazzersize but it has been around a long time! Good luck on your goal of 3 times a week.

Hey Aurora: I don't do much in terms of sport ... I never have. I am trying to do the workout ala Jillian Michaels and Moksha Yoga at a nearby studio. Once the weather turns consistently to "warm", I will add walking to my activity. I feel like a lump most of the time .... that's my area of challenge more than even WOE!
