I know it has been forever, but I just needed to take some time for myself and see if I could do this with out holding myself accountable ever day of my life and I am very pleased to say that so far so good! I am still playing all kinds of ball pretty much every night of the week and every other weekend so that is pretty much my exercise. I am not exactly watching what I am eating, but I am really concentrating on my portion sizes. I am down 2 lbs since my last weigh in, I know that is not a whole lot in a couple months, but at the same time I could have completely gone the other direction and I didn't! I am very proud of myself! Hope you are all doing good and keep up the great work!
