Hurray!!! You are doing it! :) Tip for Thought: At times I add all of my base veggies (12-15 net carb) into the Snack area to make sure I get what I am supposed to, and then build the rest of my meals in the breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (I'll do it today as an example) Not getting your veggies will cause constipation and make you not feel good :) Happy Losses!!!
