Okay, a few notes:

1.) My fat intake is moderate (around 35 to 50 grams a day), but this actually makes sense considering I have a high MUFA intake (nuts, dressings).

2.) The activity counter thinks I burn about 2000 calories, which is inaccurate. Even though my activity level varies between burning 1800 and 2500 according to calorie counters, the sad truth is I have gained weight on 1700 calories/day, and sometimes on less than that.
