goooooood mornin...ended up trimmin the yard yesterday an doing some stuff outside yesterday afternoon...after my morning nap from my cardio workout yesterday...guess i needed it...so needless to say i was tryin really hard to stay awake last night till 8...barely did make it...when i woke this morning the plan didnt turn out like i had planned..woke up before alarm clock but after sittin at the edge of the bed...decided my body needed the rest and went back to sleep...with all the summer activity i find it really hard to stick with an everyday routine in the gym...today is no different...its walmart day an then this afternoon gonna cut grass...get it looking good again after all the rain we had last week....busy busy...hopefully i can get in the gym tomow and get another cardio workout in....well..need to eat somethin since its been 8 or more hours since i had anything...have a great one..
