Feeling low…
My now 6 yr old job is a constant struggle but I have to stick to it for visa purposes (I am a legal immigrant in US). I realized how sucky my job is leads me to unhealthy habits. I quit, and then work stress becomes untolerable, and I start again. For 6 years now…
Last time I restarted my FS journey was last Saturday. Just 5 days and now I am dead tired of work, and my willpower is getting weak, I feel it.
So decided to journal this instead of losing to temptation… I shall not fail!!! 💪

Is there any way you could change jobs? I am completely ignorant about laws concerning immigrants.

speaking generally, you can change jobs on an H-1B, but it helps to have a new employer lined up who is savvy to the process. tech jobs are usually easiest for this. that's the extent of my knowledge as it's been a few years.
