Weights dropping as inflammation clears after this op. 700g dropped since Tuesday.
I did have a chicken roll yesterday that a friend brought for lunch and absolutely enjoyed it. It's important for me to lose this weight but I still need to be happy and enjoy times with friends without the guilt. Mental health is just as important as physical health. It is hard being couped up inside a house, unable to do my walking as I was yet, and alone with my own thoughts. So balance is essential.

I agree. Mental health is soooooo important. It's important to keep things real too, because once you fall into a deep hole it's hard to climb back out. Luckily there's so much love from everyone on this app.❤💙💛💚🧡❣
