I used to weigh 108 when I was walking 5-7 miles a day but with the arthritis I am happy just to get a mile in every day. I don't eat breakfast which I know is bad but I just don't like eating that early in the morning. 

Not a good day at all Husband goes in for surgery in the morning and don't know what to expect. So I suffered with food my favorite mac and cheese way to much of it so really have to watch it the rest of the week.
