orion6's Logboek, 01 jul 11

June is over and I lost nothing if anything I am up two pounds but not sure. I haven't eatten terrible but I haven't been tracking and whille I have been exercising it hasn't been as much or too the intensity that I was doing. I am disappointed in myself and don't even understand why I do this to myself. ugh I have size 8 shorts from a couple summers ago that I can't wear comfortably. oh sure I can get them on but I don't want to wear them. I was doing so well.
Ok vaction next week, I seriously plan to run every morning. I am going to get up at 6am and go out before the kids or the heat gets up. I have to. and who says I can't have salads or protein bars for lunch. yes, I will probably eat out some and families will make unhealty things but it doesn't have to be an all out gorge fest for a week. OK thats the plan wish me luck.

Good luck!! You can do this. Maybe some stress from planning the vacation has your body holding back right now. Keep watching your foods and exercising and you will lose, maybe try something new for a bit and see if a change will make your body jump into weight loss mode. I hope you see a loss soon! I'm sending good thoughts your way.
