Best laid plans....... Hubby wanted to eat out this evening, so the catfish was nearly ok, although breaded and fried, but I ate the hush puppies too! So Saturday I will throw in an extra beef/butter/egg fast day to make up for those hush puppies. Sunday will be my off day and then I plan to get back on the beef/butter/egg fast on Monday.
I did walk today, a very short walk, but I'm glad I started. Must keep it up.
