Haven't been here in months, and it's pretty evident by my current weight. It's a pretty low feeling to look back at my weight history and see that about this time two years ago I was down to 169lbs. It's good to be back and I'm remembering what a big help this site was, and a great place to come for support and positivity. Here I go again.....feeling determined.
