5. Staying on the diet. Ate more calories yesterday, no change on the scale today. I will drink my green tea this morning. I also made myself a protein coffee...thing. It is more of a sweetener for the coffee, but still protein. Have a great Friday, everyone. The week is almost over. Stay focused!

Sounds like you have a good plan for today. Staying seems to be the most difficult part at times but I know that you are committed to this so staying is just part of it. I am staying focused as I, like you, am determined to do this!!!

In my habit, for every day, a cup of ginger, honey or date molasses with great tea with mint. Believe me itās delicious, and I trust its good recipe for something. However, I just add cashews to it after that I can feel the heat flow in my body. Try it in the morning and before Gym.
