don't stress too much.. if you really did what you say then this gain is not in fat..
maybe your food was more salty or more carb oriented, both leading to water retention.. also if that amount of exercise is new to you and your muscles feeling sore that can be the reason.. anyway, nothing to worry about, just keep going!
