personally 1st thing after a trip to bathroom. before any fluid or food intake and in the buff.....lmao. but hey regardless when you choose. make it as near as same time each week and wearing same gear if any. some weigh daily some weekly. some not bothered and go by inches. you know how you work with regime me personally I need it so record a weekly weight and sometimes I stand on during just to check still on right track.

Personally Bill I weren't necessarily saying wait till, as you put it, passing a log..... Everyone needs a whizz first thing. That would be more important to me then weighing. After which I would then have coffee on my.mind... but the scales would be out and.me on them before a drop could pass my lips.... Have a great week...lol

Any time just only yourself once a week otherwise get obsessed and weigh diff morning best cause everything else gets in the way and you’ll forget pick a day every wk stuck what days suits u

Have 1 or 2 cheat days you’ll will tend to stick to it longer then it give u something to look forward too I lost weight yrs ago saying if I cheat just cheating myself but if too strict more likely to go back to bad habits if have bad days u will just don’t turn it into a bad week
