Just being mindful about what 1500-2000 calories looks like for me in a day…. Trying not to binge and just eat moderately…. I haven’t denied myself anything but just eating lighter most of the day and being ok with not giving in to every urge to eat something outside of 3 meals and a snack… I might skip a snack if it was more calories with bigger meals or have a second one if I ate very lightly… but I like that I can see what I’m eating. I think my new goal will be to try and only eat things I can track easily 💛
