I ate out yesterday, so I think the slight weight gain is sodium. In addition, my fat was too high. I'm starting to understand the need for more protein and less fat and how to go about that. I don't think the plan gives me the right calories per day though. I can't eat 1550 calories and lose weight, I have to eat less than 1100. Maybe because of my age.
